"ToyotaSwag.com" is a division of Sirob Corporation, we have been providing promotional products to the automotive industry since 2002.
Some of our clients include, Gulf States Toyota, Toyota Motor Sales USA, and a vast number of dealerships throughout the US. We now offer Scion branded products in addition to Toyota and can customize each item to include your dealerships logo, web address, contact info, etc.

ALL PRICING IS EFECTIVE ON ORDERS RECEIVED FROM JAN 01 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2009.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are binding upon the corporation only after acceptance by Sirob Corporation (SC).
WEBSITE CHANGES
Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change or can be discontinued without notice.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in advance by Check or Credit Card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
C.O.D. shipments: Not available.
PRICING
All pricing on our website is in
U.S. currency.
SALES TAX
All shipments going to Texas (TX 8.25%) are subject to the applicable sales tax.

COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to variances among color computer monitors the colors you see on your screen may not be the exact colors of our products.
The colors you see should be considered close renditions to the actual colors available.
PROOF APPROVAL
Please check proof very carefully!
Remember that by approving proof you assume responsibility for any grammar, punctuation, spelling, layout, or color separation errors that may occur.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time starts after approval of Sales Order and Pre-production proof.
Est. production time Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
SC warrants all products to be of the highest quality and will replace any defective products at no charge.
RETURN POLICY
Decorated item is not returnable for refund.
In-Stock item returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus all incurred freight charges.
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
Authorization from SC is required prior to return of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
No credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to SC.
AUTHORIZATION INDEMNIFICATION
By placing an order with SC, you represent and warrant that you have authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order.
You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SC, its parent, subsidiaries and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys fees) arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS
Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
All changes to orders must be approved by SC and confirmed in writing.
No changes on orders in production.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm, and can not be canceled without approval from SC. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to cs@tgrstore.com. You will be charged $50.00, plus all costs incurred before cancellation request is received. No Cancellations on orders in production.
BACK ORDERS
SC will immediately notify you if the item(s) you ordered are not in stock. You will have the option to wait, cancel or change the item(s) that is not in stock.
PRIVACY POLICY
SC does not disclose any information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any information to any other third party.
